Posizione, pulizia, arredo molto bello. Ottimo caffè. Possibilità di farsi il bucato nella lavanderia comune al PT. Parking coperto.

La tenda della doccia un po’ rotta. Illuminazione bagno (una lampadina rotta). Tessuto del materasso di destra Madrisa 4 usurato: fa i pallini.
