Cute, Pinterest style appartment on the nice location.

The cleanliness was below expectations — the space did not feel properly cleaned, and both the sheets and towels had an unpleasant smell. With a bit more attention to hygiene and preparation, the stay could have been much better.

What is unacceptable is the fact that the localisation of the apartment was completely wrong. If you type in Google Maps the address of the apartment, you will see the wrong place. When I got to the (what's supposed to be) final destination, someone helped me and said that Brozikova street is 3 km away from there!!! How is it possible that there is a place on the map with the same name as a street of your apartment?! I booked this apartment because I didn't want to be that far away from the city centre, but it turned out that I had to get a cab to go to the city centre. I felt scammed. Especially because I received the keys at the railway station. I thought it was a nice gesture, but now I think you didn't want me to know about the wrong localisation. What is more, the apartment was really dirty. Dust was everywhere, particularly near the bed and nightstands. It was terrible for my asthma. On top of that, it was really hard to communicate with the host because of the language barrier- she couldn't speak English at all. I am disappointed, I paid a lot for a horrible experience.

The kitchen had a stovetop, a microwave oven, a toaster, and enough dishes

Although the apartment seemed well-equipped at first glance, there was a huge amount of dust under the bed (which was made from euro pallets), the extra pillowcases were torn, the sink in the bathroom was almost clogged, and the range hood was dirty. It gave the impression that the apartment had only been superficially cleaned before our arrival. There were also issues connecting to the internet — I called the provided number, but no one answered or called back. The Wi-Fi password was handwritten and very unclear.

Flat was clean and cozy with everything you might need, good location with coffee shops and restaurants in Pardubice.

The only thing we didn't like was the linen and the towels were a bit smelly.
