KaVi Apartments #3, TOP city view!

Great communication with the hosts!

This was advertised as two bedrooms. However there was only one bedroom (with a double bed and a single) and an open plan sitting room/kitchen which also had a single bed/day bed. The description also suggests a "shower and dressing room" - there is a bathroom, the bedroom and open plan kitchen/lounge. It was clean, comfortable and the communicationwas good. However, as we'd booked this as a group assuming two bedrooms it was not really suitable for our needs so it would be better if they were honest about the fact it is a one bedroom apartment not two.

close to city center - 5-10min walking distance. 4 beds for large family. cooking area for those who need it. dedicated parking close to the apartments

construction zone 50m from the entrance (Feb2024), sand and mud stays on shoes and then appear in apartments. once construction will be over, that should not be a problem

It was a modern clean apartment within east walking distance of the old town.

It was difficult to find from instructions. Although advertised as a 2 bedroom apartment. The 2nd room was the living area with the kitchen, with the beds located there. Need to fix the shower head holder.

Equipment in the kitchen, enough space for everything we needed.

Key management, and request for the guests to clean and take out the garbage when the cleaning fee is in the price of the stay. Hosts just probably do not want to do this themselves..

This is a great apartment. Good location in Pilsen. Great view and the perfect size. The kitchen was stocked with everything our family needed to make meals. Host was great and was quick to respond to questions.

We had no issues.

It was overall nice place and good location.

There was construction around and starting from early morning it was noisy.
