Wunderschöne Jugendstilvilla in dem nun Ferienwohnungen untergebracht sind inmitten eines Villenviertels am Rande der Altstadt Aufzug vorhanden Meine Wohnung im 1. Stock hatte 2 große Zimmer (Schlafzimmer, Wohnzimmer mit Küchenzeile), 2 Fenster nach außen, sehr kleines Innen-Bad. Ruhige Lage Parkplätze an der Straße mit Glück zu finden. Zentrum ist fußläufig aber nicht direkt um die Ecke Eigentümer wartete nach rechtzeitiger SMS Ankündigung auf mich

Das Bad war sehr klein mit separatem Raum für die Toilette. Das Waschbecken absolut winzig und die Dusche in die Ecke gequetscht. Vermutlich war die Raumaufteilung beim 2020 erfolgten Umbau nicht anderes möglich. Als Tisch nur ein Couchtisch Der Flur vor dem Aufzug wird merkwürdigerweise zum Trocknen von Bettwäsche und Handtüchern benutzt
