Location and access

Wifi a little bit slow

The space was very spacious and clean. There were almost everything that we needed. Our family stayed very well liked the place.

Very convenient location, just next to Interlaken West Station and Migros Supermarket. A lot of restaurants and shops are at short walking distance. Spacious and very clean apartment with all modern amenities required for a family vacation. Beautiful views of the mountains. The air conditioning is a big plus during the summers.

Very good location, close to Interlaken West train station, so convenient travels to other parts of Jungfraujoch area. A stone away from Migros (& restaurant) and Denner which is also super convenient! Many facilities that are very helpful to our family during our stay (washing machine, llift for our heavy luggages and guest pass for our travels within the region) and a fully equipped kitchen with coffee, tea, sugar, and various condiments. Helpful and friendly staff that provide prompt replies to questions 👍 Overall a very pleasant stay!! 😊

Host is very responsive and left very clear instructions - a hand-book containing all essential information. Provided 2 USB adaptors which was very helpful. Advised that the tap water is clean and drinkable so that saved us money from buying bottled waters. Space was large and beds were comfortable. To go to Interlaken town centre, there is actually a closer bus stop at Migros so we do not have to walk to Interlaken West station to catch a bus.

Water pressure (for shower) is great. However, the temperature of hot water for shower fluctuates and turned cold for few seconds before resuming to the correct temperature. The lift door was a bit faulty and does not close properly once we are inside the lift (there is no door handle inside the lift). We had to insert our fingers into the tiny gap above the lift door to try to pull the door shut.
