The location was terrific and the flat was pretty

The service. The emails were sent in German which is hard for a foreigner. I was there 20 days and they didnt clean the place once which we get at airbnbs all over europe. I asked for clean twels after a week and was refused. Every question was sry not policy and can you give me a good review. The mail box where I got the keys had exposed nails and i hurt myself on first day. There were some cockroaches but not a huge issue. Not enough toliet paper and didnt bother to leave causal garbage bags we could use. The service was terrible

Location of the property. The room 14 was better than room 2. Locating it for first time was difficult for first timers. But after you get in and acclamatize then it's easier to maneuver. Quite neighborhood, peaceful location, 100% noise free and superbly green. Ofcourse it was spacious for a family of 4. Really liked the appartment in block 17-14.

Self check-in correu muito bem. A localização do apartamento é muito boa, a 2 minutos de transporte publico e a 5m de supermercados. 5m a pé do bonito Jardim Botanico que recomendo a visita. Muito fácil acesso a toda a cidade.

Falta de utensílios na cozinha, embora tenham sido entregues no dia seguinte. As roupas de cama e atoalhados encontravam-se muito limpos. Na cozinha, com exceção do frigorífico, faltou limpeza. (Tudo colava) Máquina de café poucas vezes funcionou. Estou em crer que devido à qualidade das cápsulas, embora o café fosse bom.

Great location. Staff were quick to respond when questions raised and requests made.

Smelt like cigarette smoke and had to constantly air out the apartment. This was really disappointing as that is not what a boutique apartment is.
