"Very comfortable stay"

The elevator was a long walk from the lobby, but close to a rear door.

"Unintentional staycation"

My family and I had to evacuate our house here in town due to a Hazmat situation. We booked on the fly, and it ended up that our room had already been booked, but the front desk woman found us a room that would work for our family. Everybody we had contact with during our stay was so so nice and friendly. The beds were comfortable, everything was clean, it was a really nice home away from home for a few days. We would definitely choose TownePlace suites again.

The room was very spacious and clean. The breakfast was also good. Check out being at 12

I didn't like that the room wasn't available until 4:30 although it says check in at 3. A little inconvenience but it almost caused us to be late for a graduation
