Location was near to interlaken west

Rooms were stinking

Easily accessible. Near to Interlaken west train station

No drier. Bedrooms not properly set up

Location was great, a bus stop right outside the door and less than 10 mins from downtown.

The towels smelled after one use. The owner was super helpful and provided us extras upon request. Coffee machine did not work.

We bought our breakfast at a market and fixed it ourselves in the kitchen. The kitchen was able to accommodate all 11 of us which was an unexpected bonus. The refrigerator was large and modern which was also an unexpected bonus. The two bathrooms were well equipped and was much appreciated. We liked the balcony also. The laundry facilities and dishwasher were very much used and appreciated. It also had a fairly large TV room with a large screen TV. The location of the bus stop was only a couple of houses distance from the Town House, which was extremely convenient.

We didn't know that there were shutters for the windows until the day that we left. So, some of us had issues with street noise and light coming in when we wanted less light and glare. We couldn't get enough information about the dishwasher and laundry facilities ahead of time, which would have been nice to know about. Two of the four bedrooms were attached, which we didn't know. This made it a bit awkward for some of us during the nights.

Host was very responsive. Property was clean. Walkable to bus stop, restaurants, cafe’s etc.

The ignition for gas stove was not working properly

wonderful location , nice facilities , good kitchen facility , nice drawing room , balcony and a wonderful view

no door lock in washroom and no lock room at bed rooms

accommodating large group

I didn’t like that at least one bedroom was very dark and had no dresser or closet while the room across was well lit and had closets with shelves and a buffet type piece of furniture. Also would be helpful to have a shelf of some sort in the bathroom.
