Excellent location, clean, great space for a family of five.

A little confusion about where to park but that was because we arrived in the dark and winter time. Owners were communicative and helpful helping us figure that out.

We left everything about this town, the property, and the host was very nice and helpful. She Gave me information about what was open on a major holiday. I would come back again. This time was too short.

There was nothing I didn’t like. It is a beautiful property and a beautiful location.

Kandersteg is absolutely beautiful. The restaurants offered traditional Swiss food as well as modern creations at a relatively reasonable price (compared to Swiss cities). The apartment was nice.

The beds were uncomfortable. Due to the nature of the thin walls, we had to hear the conversations of the people above us and in the garden night and day. It was generally so loud that we were unable to get a decent night of sleep and ended our vacation after 4 days. Kandersteg is overrun with tourists and it just isn't the peaceful place it used to be for hikers and nature lovers.

"Nice stay, chalet recommended for families"

The location in the middle of the village, every shops around, very good equipped kitchen, good beds, a lot of terrasse furniture around the house

curtains missing in one bedroom, 1 bathroom is not enough for 5 people (friends, not family), separate washroom needed

"Location is superb but creaky beds need replacement"

Superb location right in the middle of the town and close to all amenities.

The beds were very creaky and made a noise every time you moved. Also it smelt musty, which was probably related to a basement flat.
