City Center Apartment

Good location and quiet street, nice space

Very unclean! We found a live cockroach in the cupboard and had to wash everything. There were also bugs in the shower. Also the bedsheets and towels did not feel clean so we had to wash it again.

Very comfortable and all the appliances working well. Owner easy to communicate and responsive.

Accessibility through stairs and no elevator. Even to the 1st floor can be difficult to people with restrictions.

Amazing location! There are locker for the bags in case you come before check in time. The apartment was clean and included all the facilities we needed - especially the kitchen was perfect

The beds wasn’t that comfortable also the pillows😕 In addition, there was no AC which was very hard because the nights were too hot ( we thought Switzerland is a cold country 😅)

Location very easy to walk from the train station. The room is spacious.

No elevator!!! Didn't notice about it upon booking. Biggest regret as we have to carry luggages up to 4th floor. Pictures shown are not what it is. Apartment is bit dim and not really soundproof. We kept hearing our main door making noises and the floor in the living room also made sound when we walk around Bed is not that comfy, esp the pillows. It is tooo soft and it seems more like a sofa cushion. No laundry services for our unit. Staff also didn't reply to us if there were laundry facilities nearby.
