Great location

Although lots of amenities supplied. There was no way of using them. Were left no dish washing liquid/ dishwashing tablets to clean dishes or soaps for the shower

Good location and near to the train station. The apartment is spacious and cozy. The kitchen facilities are good and complete. They have decent dining table.

There is no lift only stairs so you have to carry all your luggage up to the third floor and the stairs is narrow.

The location was perfect. Supermarket, restaurants, train and bus stations just less than 5 mins walk away.

I really wanted to give this one a 5 star rating but unfortunately during our stay we realized that the whole apartment was infested with plenty of cockroaches taking shelter under the carpet in the living room no area. It was quite a disastrous sight with us trying to rush to close our bags and belongings so that they won’t enter our bags. The host did ensure that they helped to clean the apartment after we complained but the next morning again we saw a bunch running around the apartment. Overall I would never want an experience like this on my vacation again.

The apartment offers a clean and spacious retreat in the heart of the city, conveniently situated amidst a vibrant array of stores and restaurants. It is located 6 minutes by walk from Interlaken West train station. The apartment is fully equipped with all the necessary kitchen appliances and utensils, allowing you to prepare simple meals with ease. We especially appreciate the self-check-in system, which provides a hassle-free arrival experience, giving you a freedom to settle in at your convenience. This apartment is a perfect place to stay.

Check-in is at 4 PM, however the latest possible check-out time is 11 AM. It is better that the owner offer more flexible check-out time between 12 PM to 3 PM.

The property had cockroaches, the wifi didn't work. The staff never respond if you ask them about wifi issues.

The location was good and the house was fairly spacious.

The place was definitely not cleaned; there were cigarette butts, bits of trash, or plastic bags on the carpet. It was quite dusty, and a damp smell from the bathroom spread throughout the place, requiring constant ventilation. From the first night onwards (especially at night), many baby bugs resembling cockroaches appeared in the bathroom. For three nights, we struggled just to use the bathroom. When I informed the host after the first night, they showed no concern and only shared the check-out procedure, almost as if it were a joke. We had to personally deal with at least 15-20 bugs (I recorded a video of them as well). Additionally, there were a few dead bugs on the kitchen walls, likely from previous guests, and cobwebs on the ceiling.
