Excellent location, really clean, comfortable and everything you need for a holiday. Meiringen is very well connected by public transport and a great base to explore the area. We stayed a week in summer and went a different direction every day. This apartment was perfect, very short, flat walk from train & bus station/restaurants/supermarket. Great outdoor space including terraces and garden, all with views of Alps. Recommended taking bus to Rosenlaui glacier, and taking cable cars up to cafe at Alpen Tower.

Pillows not to our liking (but appreciate very much a personal preference!) and we had middle apartment so you can hear people above walking around (fine with me as I live in a flat but if you want total quiet, book top floor)

Wonderful hosts, very responsive to emails, and we were lucky enough to meet them in person, super friendly. Housekeeper/caretaker also exceeded expectations for friendliness and helpfulness. The guest card was a great deal for freebies and discounts. The house is an idyllic and quiet location, yet minutes walk from bus, train, stores, restaurants, walk through town. Lovely to sit on the balcony and enjoy mountain views. The apartment was even larger than anticipated from pictures. Modern kitchen with everything you could possibly need during your stay. Everything very clean. Comfortable beds. Laundry facility a bonus. Baskets under coffee table with lots of sightseeing brochures, games, books. TV with YouTube and Amazon Prime, nice to catch up on news/shows.

Lovely place only a 5/10 minute walk from the town with beautiful views of the mountain from the back garden. Host was very amicable and welcoming and the places was Very well furnished and kept. was all in all a very enjoyable stay.

We selected the location as a base to explore the region. It proved to be a perfect choice. The local residents are friendly and helpful. Make sure you visit the tourist offices for advice and guidance. The hosts have everything planned out for you perfectly, and with the variable weather forecasts, the accommodation is a terrific place to relax and watch the from inside whatever the weather. The accommodation makes a quiet and comfortable paradise in the Alps.

The apartment had all the amenities, perfect mountain view from the balcony, staff were very helpful

Very clean. Decorated with passion which you can see in al the details. The housekeeper (Louise) went the extra mile to help us. The location is amazing near to the train station and local attractions. The flat is well prepared for a long stay with all the facilities to cook and clean. They even provided umbrellas in case if it rains and some skiing boards. The owner met us with a smile and offered assistance if required.
