Awesome view from the entire apartment as described in the booking. Everything was good and easy to get breakfast at the restaurant below. The property was large enough for all of us. All good.

Not the newest apartment, but clean and you can find everything you need, from kitchenware to detergents. The view is amazing! This is a private apartment located in Dorint hotel, so you can easily use the sauna/swimming pool area, book a massage or have a breakfast or meal at the hotel restaurant (to recommend). Unfortunately the owner (?) didn’t answer to my message. Hotel staff were however very helpful and friendly. Lots of hiking routes nearby. It takes around 25 minutes to get to Interlaken. I can recommend this place also for longer stays.

The location was great! The hotel restaurant and the pool was very nice. While the pool is warm it was still not warmer than body temperature. The host was very responsive and helped when I told him we were missing a towel.

The mattresses in the bed were too soft and was un usable and the sofa bed uncomfortable for an adult. There was no large bowl in the kitchen which was very disappointing. We needed to clean dust from the commode in the bedroom as we arrived.In addition, the split of the apartment floors was not safe with a child to sleep on their own on the top floor.

Couldn’t reach the owner as we had difficulty finding the right address. Tried calling the owner several times without any help. Got a message From the owner the next day approximately 18 hours later.

The view was stunning although it was limited by the front buildings. The place itself was lovely. We really enjoyed our time here. It was very clean and well equipped.

1- the quality of the mattress was absolutely unacceptable. The sofa bed was too hard with uneven surfaces and the mattresses in the bedroom were too deep. The one closer to the window was so deep that I had to sleep on the ground😂 I was expecting a double bed not two connected single beds. 2- For 3 person and 3 nights' stay we were left only with 4 coffee capsules, if it was complimentary then no complaints otherwise it was not enough. 3- The shampoo ran out on the first day and body wash the day after, totally inconvenient and unexpected.

It felt like a home away from home! The views were stunning and the apartment was really comfortable. Was nice to be able to come back, take a bath and watch a few movies after a long day of hikes and exploring. Did not want to leave this place!
