The apartment was clean and well-equipped with everything needed. It features a large terrace with a landscape view. The location is excellent, just a 3-minute walk to the train station, from which you have less than a 15-minute train ride to Zermatt. This is a good value-for-money offer for this part of Switzerland.

No ski shoe dryer in the ski room.

The proximity to the train was really good

The thermostat in the room was broken, so it was uncomfortably hot, with the windows closed, and uncomfortably noisy with them open.

Location was great. The apartment was generally clean and comfortable with amenities close by.

I feel the crockery and cutlery had not been washed well. A microwave would be helpful.

The location was perfect and very close to the shops. The apartment was clean and cozy.

There wasn’t any soap, oven dishes, sizers, baking paper, the knifes weren’t sharp and for the fondue there wasn’t a lighter…
