Charming Suite am Luganersee, Pool, Parkplatz

The apartment is nice and clean and well prepared with some snacks and coffee machine and some water, many towels, it was a good point.

however I felt deceived by pictures because all the views on website you can't see them from the apartment but you have to go down out of the building to see them. Another point it's not two bedrooms in fact it's one bedroom and another living room changed to a bedroom . One of the bedrooms use sofa bed which is uncomfortable 😖 the apartment became very tight you hardly can move in it. Another point we were made to check in at 3 pm but asked us to check out at 10 am. This is unfair. Anyway I just wanted to be honest and more clear about it by writing all positive and negative points

Quiet, clean, good shower, great location and views from the lake

Very nice hosts, magnificent place. Antonio and his wife helped us during the weekend and were very kind and responsive. Will definitely consider to come back again.

Fantastic room design with a great tiny kitchen fully equipped with everything we needed! Cute balcony, and convenient access to the lake. Comfy beds, great shower. Parking on premises. Room accessible by elevator.

We traveled in late October, and they had no heating on so the room was cold. They offered extra blankets which were helpful.

The outdoor space was beautiful and the apartment was very clean and had the necessary items we needed. It was a very quite building.

The apartment was a little small for 4 adults and not being able to take the hair dryer out of the bathroom was inconvenient. The hallways to the apartment were very dark.

The location is beautiful, right on the lake with access to the lake by stairs. Nice big pool with amazing views of the mountains. Apartment was big with a balcony and was stocked with coffee and water. Restaurants in walking distance. Good Wifi. Would definitely stay here again if we are in the area.

Hard to get pool chairs and parking spots. We didn't dare leave with the car during the stay because we were worried we wouldn't find another spot. Bed in the second room isn't very stable, more for kids, not adults.
