Localização e segurança do prédio

O apartamento estava todo empoeirado, com gordura espalhada pela pia e fogão da cozinha. Além disso, haviam insetos mortos pela casa como moscas, besouros e mosquitos. O banheiro com limo no box e teias de aranha. A sacada com tocos de cigarro e sujeira. Tivemos que higienizar o ar condicionado que não funcionava direito devido ao acúmulo de pó. Existia apenas um controle de ar condicionado para os dois quartos o que dificultou bastante a regulagem da temperatura durante a noite.
