Casa Baron

Liked the location actually, as it was quiet yet very well connected to both the Cerro Alegre and Viña del Mar. We booked it to stay away from the noice, for its laundry fascilities and cause we were limited in choice as we stayed during the NYE. The manager was very friendly and gave all info we required.

It really needs way better cleaning. The floors of the bathroom were full of body hair, the floors of the room were dirty too, we walked barefoot for the first few minutes and our feet were black. The water hot pot wasn't cleaned for a long time, full of sediment. When we used the payable laundry service the clothes came out smelling of stale water, so we had to wash it twice, even that wasn't enough, I thjnk they need to desinfect the machines, as also the bed linnens had a similar smell. Chairs in the apt were wombly, we couldn't sit on them. The apartment is otherwise really cute and has lots of potential, but its maintenance and especially cleaning is poor.

It is a good place with very comfortable bed. It is close to mini markets and the beach.
