The location of flat, it has washing machine with dryer.

I have been asking for the receipt several times, they just ignore me. The first two days, the wifi was not working and the flat was a bit destroyed because of a previous guest, it seems they have an issue with the host. They do not provide much explanation on the services or what they provide.
