Location is convenient for easy access to the beach.

The apartment was extremely dirty with mould on the curtains in both the bedroom and living room, floor and rugs unswept, sofa dirty, dust on the furniture, linens and blankets appeared to be unwashed, bathroom walls and door dirty, damaged toaster, broken wine glasses in the cupboard (may have been from an earthquake two or three days prior to our arrival). Except for utensils, crockery and pans etc. nothing else was available not even salt and pepper. When we informed the owner about the state of the apartment, she said that she would come to clean the apartment but sent her husband with some new net curtains and some wet wipes to clean the apartment. He changed the curtains, used the wipes to clean the vent in the bathroom and wipe some of the bathroom wall and door. No sweeping or vacuuming or mopping was done. Both my husband and younger son, who suffer with allergies, were badly affected with constant sneezing and runny nose during our stay at the apartment.
