Está cerca de toda la Costanera, se puede recorrer caminando todo Frutillar bajo. Las instalaciones cómodas, el baño amplio, tranquilo! Tenía cocina, electrodomésticos y loza para utilizar, era como estar en casa en cuanto a las comodidades, pero disfrutando del lugar 100%. . Me encantó!

Cómo nos tocó en el primer piso, escuchábamos a los vecinos del segundo piso cuando caminaban, pero nada que no fuera tolerable.
