Suite con balcón cerca al centro Cartagena

El lugar tiene buena ubicación. Está cerca de sitios de interés: a 10 min caminando de Getsemaní y a 15 del centro histórico. Las instalaciones son pequeñas pero tienen lo necesario para estar bien como la piscina y una terraza con jacuzzi por si uno decide quedarse algún día a descansar, y el cuarto también tenía lo necesario, como una cocina pequeña una buena cama y un diseño bonito-acogedor... tuvimos suerte de que tenía vista a una bahía y al castillo de San Felipe y se ven los atardeceres... otros cuartos no tienen esa vista y les toca vista a los pasillos del hotel.

La limpieza al cuarto nos dejó MUY DECEPCIONADOS porque nunca fueron a hacer aseo cuando lo solicitamos. Solo fueron una vez pero únicamente cambiaron las toallas que igual se veían manchadas, de resto dejaron todo igual y permanecimos con la basura de las canecas y otra basura con desechos de algunos domicilios que pedimos durante toda la estancia... otra cosa es que en la ducha había cortina pero era MUY cortica y luego de bañarse quedaba el piso super mojado y al salir del baño se mojaba también el cuarto y así tuvimos que estar los 5 días, bastante incómodos. También recién llegamos había muy poquito papel higiénico y como nunca fueron nos tocó al 3er día ir a nosotros a conseguir uno en la recepción cuando llegamos casi en la madrugada... con todo eso creemos que el precio no fue justo. En conclusión TODO MAL y perverso con el aseo.

I stayed for 6 weeks while attending spanish school. The staff couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. Great location in a safe neighbourhood. The view from my room was incredible. 😁

Really comfy mini apartment. It's a bit confusing when you book which photos are common areas and which are the room. The room has a solid wall balcony, All the other shots are common areas, which are super nice with good views. The bed was so comfy and very useful to have a little kitchen. The area was safe at night and daytime and you have a supermarket and drugstore very close.

Reception staff were very friendly, quiet location away from hustle and bustle of e.g. Getsmani, nice communal terrace with good views of the city, comfortable bed.

The bathroom had no shower curtain and the whole bathroom kept flooding but as soon as I mentioned it at reception, they fitted a shower curtain. Cold shower (as per the rest of my Colombia experience). The room is a little small for two people with suitcases, etc. The terrace picture on the photos is not part of the apartment but a communal one instead. It takes 15/20 mins to walk to Getsmani.

The bathroom was a weakness - the door couldn't close easily, the shower had only cold water and the windows were dirty...
