Beautiful Casita, very peacefully located with many hummingbirds in the garden. The hosts were very friendly. The kitchen is fully equipped. The location is very quiet and very close to La Fortuna. A laundry service is also offered. We would definitely come back.

Great spot right outside of the city, not too far from Arenal and most activities. The hosts were nice and accommodating, they even showed us around their milk farm by the river. Small space but everything you need for a short confortable stay!

Some water overflowed with the big rain, might need some floor isolation to avoid this.

The owners are very kind, helpful and welcoming, they really care about you and that everything is going fine. The house position is great if you have a car cause it's not far from the center and is so quiet and near a forest. In the morning a lot of colibrì visit the house, that's amazing! And you can hear the monkeys from the forest. Kitchen, bathroom and bedroom are perfect.

Some places get an 11/10. This is an authentic Costa Rica experience, away from the mass tourism of La Fortuna but also close enough to get there in a few minutes (by car) or even walk. The cabin is spotless, cold AC, warm water and good WiFi. Carlos and Rosie are the most wonderful hosts. You're staying in a working farm, so you can milk cows (and drink fresh milk) and see some wild animals up close, including sloth, monkey and toucans. As others mention the hummingbirds like to congregate in the garden. There is a little country store nearby with a few essentials, and the community is real and safe. Nice country walks.

No bus, so probably better to have your own transport, but if you don't you can uber to La Fortuna for about 2,500 colones.

The house is located in the countryside, there is a beautiful garden with flowers which attract multitude of birds, including several species of hummingbirds. It's wonderful to sit outside in the garden and watch the birds, I was able to take many photos of birds. The house is small but comfortable, large fridge. The owners are very friendly and live nearby. There is a possibility to wash the clothes for an extra fee.

The water temperature in the shower was unstable.
