Great location to La Selva (<5mins) located in a small village. Pablo welcomed us on arrival and gave some great tips of local places to eat / visit. Secure parking and good facilities. Great value!

Plenty of space, secure parking, good facilities and good communication

Honestly it was a complete apartment with everything!. It had a kitchen with oil and salt which is essential for cooking your own meals. It had a laundry room which I didn't use but it was nice to have that option. The normal size fridge and the AC was a blessing with all the heat in CR. The bathroom was excellent. There was even an office desk and a dinner table, it was perfect!. And besides all of that 4 beds and I could park the car next door. It was very comfortable to stay here, very much recommend! The area around was beautiful and so peaceful.

There were 4 beds: 3 individual and 1 double size. The individual beds were comfortable but I don't know why the double size mattress was kinda hard.

The place is as described, clean, new and exceptionally well equipped. Our host Pablo was very friendly and helpful, and gave us suggestions for dining as well as the best produce vendor in the area. The location is ideal - in a small quiet village [La Flaminia; not Tigre, by the way] just outside Puerto Viejo and off the main Route 4, very close to the amazing La Selva Research Station (don't miss one of their tours for incredible wildlife!), but in a quiet and secure spot - no barking dogs, roosters or traffic noise! Fabulous kitchen, great hot showers, quiet A/C: it's not in the rainforest itself, but it's a great place to relax after a day in the rainforest.

I had a relaxing stay. Nice and safe home. Very complete kitchen, even bicycles.

Beds were a little bit squeaky

New, well provisioned, spacious apartment in a peaceful location. Communication was excellent and help given on travelling by bus to get there and onward as we didn't have a car. The facilities were excellent: very clean, good quality kitchen equipment, large hot shower, comfortable bed and pillows all at a great price point. It was a bonus to have the twin tub washing machine We wandered around the area and saw lots of birds including toucans, green macaws and aracari. In our month and a half travelling in Costa Rica, it was the nicest place we stayed. And the WiFi was brilliant

A couple of links to manuals for the rice cooker and washing machine would have been helpful, but there was a short description of how to use the machine on the wall. It's just a bit different from what we're used to

This apartment is very clean, good location near reserves, nice facilities and the kitchen has all te equipment you need! We loved our stay here
