"Nice place to stay for a reasonable price within easy walk to most areas of downtown"

Close to the bus station and downtown. Grocery store very close. Very well secured behind gates. Good refrigerator and basic cooking equipment. Comfortable beds.

A little noisy due mainly to roosters crowing at all hours nearby.

"Budget but didn’t feel safe"

The room is quite big, has a kitchenette as well.

The neighbourhood looked really dodgy, people were staring at us in the street. All the houses around were gated with entirely closed fences like if they were protecting themselves from getting breaking in or something. The room was in closed somehow with an internal completely closed front yard. Not sure what’s happening in this area but I would skip it all together. Is a budget accommodation but I would prefer a tent or a surf shack next time.
