Aria condizionata esageratamente rumorosa

C’était propre, spacieux et confortable. L’équipement nécessaire était disponible et beaucoup de commerces autour nous ont permis de faire nos courses à pied. L’organisation était impeccable et l’hôte très bien organisé.

Certains équipements (frigo, bouilloire p.ex) ne fonctionnent pas parfaitement (p.ex le frigo n’est pas assez froid, même réglé au max).

Amplio, con parking incluido en el precio. Habitaciones correctas y la cocina bastante bien equipada. El personal muy amable.

Le falta que el salón se actualice un poco.

Exceeded all expectations! A perfect stay for families with seniors. We were initially a bit hesitant due to some older online reviews, but our stay at 507 Besserer completely blew us away! Everything was significantly better than expected, and the host has clearly done an amazing job upgrading the property. The apartment was incredibly comfortable for our family. Being on the ground floor with zero stairs was an absolute blessing for our senior parents, making their stay completely stress-free. The complimentary on-site parking was a massive bonus in downtown Ottawa, allowing us to drive around with ease. The location is unbeatable—situated in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood, yet just a short walk to the University of Ottawa and minutes away from downtown Ottawa and parliament. It was the perfect base for our family trip. We highly recommend this place to anyone traveling with family, especially seniors! Thank you to the host for such a wonderful experience!

Easy communication, good location to downtown of Ottawa, not too far to Bayard Market. Enough beds. Bed are comfy. Has everything on advertisement.

I can not say the apartment is clean and neat. The floor is damaged. The big 3 beds room are far from the living room and living room only has portable AC, so that the 3 beds room are hot enough but only fan is also working but no rotation. Damaged wall of washroom. Not cool refrigerator. Overall, very minimum fitting of the advertisement. I am not saying they are lying but hard to agree with the quality. True it has 2 rooms and 4 beds total, 1 sofa bed, has TV, freezer, AC, Fan, wifi and etc. Every stuffs are their but not good..

Nothing to like. It was absolutely disgusting. The photos are misleading and false. It might have looked like this 10 years ago but is a disgusting dump now.

The worst part? The stale and musty stench was awful. Kitchen appliances were filthy along with missing cupboards and a dirty sponge to clean up. Garage bathrooms are cleaner than this one. Towels are gross and pillows were pancaked.The sofa was stained and had rips and no back. The laminate floor was wrecked and peeling with a disgusting runner in the hall with stains and dirt. The whole experience was gross!

La polyvalence de l'appartement et son emplacement.

Le digicode a été changé la veille de notre arrivée et personne ne nous a répondu au téléphone indiqué pendant une heure!!! (Je n'avais pas accès à mes courriels). On paye des frais pour le ménage qui semble sommaire.
