Ottawa Stay Downtown Suites

We did not stay in the end, it was not clean enough to sleep

The cleaning had not been done when we arrived (blooded tissue in trash , bed sheet on the floor, open cans on nightstands, hairs in beds ..) . When notified, the property did not do anything... Open toothpaste on the sink, some dirty fork randomly in the sink, etc, etc... Picture on ad also widely misleading: don't expect a ray of sunlight. The bathtub is in atrocious condition,and so is the sofa bed. At the same time, people upstairs were locked outside their rooms because the digital lock on their floor had no more batteries..

Grand, aérer, propre.

L’odeur de la maison était comme odeur de moisi au premier abord, on a du pulvériser un spray parfumé. Et la télécommande de la TV qui était accessible ne fonctionnait absolument pas. On a trouvé une télécommande (la bonne) par hasard sur le dessus de l’estrade du bar le lendemain de notre nuit. Je n’ai pas trouvé cela très professionnel.

Aria condizionata esageratamente rumorosa

C’était propre, spacieux et confortable. L’équipement nécessaire était disponible et beaucoup de commerces autour nous ont permis de faire nos courses à pied. L’organisation était impeccable et l’hôte très bien organisé.

Certains équipements (frigo, bouilloire p.ex) ne fonctionnent pas parfaitement (p.ex le frigo n’est pas assez froid, même réglé au max).

Amplio, con parking incluido en el precio. Habitaciones correctas y la cocina bastante bien equipada. El personal muy amable.

Le falta que el salón se actualice un poco.

Easy communication, good location to downtown of Ottawa, not too far to Bayard Market. Enough beds. Bed are comfy. Has everything on advertisement.

I can not say the apartment is clean and neat. The floor is damaged. The big 3 beds room are far from the living room and living room only has portable AC, so that the 3 beds room are hot enough but only fan is also working but no rotation. Damaged wall of washroom. Not cool refrigerator. Overall, very minimum fitting of the advertisement. I am not saying they are lying but hard to agree with the quality. True it has 2 rooms and 4 beds total, 1 sofa bed, has TV, freezer, AC, Fan, wifi and etc. Every stuffs are their but not good..
