Location is amazing, quiet and extremely central. The room was perfectly clean and it has everything you can ask for, from coffee machine to toiletries and netflix. Really cozy, warm and spacious. They had some treats for us like pastries, wine and snacks which makes a big difference to the whole experience. I highly recommend it! Thank you for everything!

"We had a very good visit but some additional furniture would have made it better."

The location, the quality of the renovation, the (small) balcony, the regular cleaning and tidying service, the pinza/pizza takeaway service on the ground floor. Also, the business lunches provided on weekdays at reasonable prices in some local restaurants, including a Michelin-recommended place only one street away.

The clothes storage facilities are poor, particularly for a 10 day stay. There is no wardrobe (just an open rail for hanging clothes) nor is there a chest of drawers, despite what the online details say, so we ended up living out of our suitcases. Too much attention has been given to decoration (silk flowers) and not enough to usage (a chest of drawers and a small desk would help). The apartment is on the top floor of a three storey building and I imagine that without an attic above or air-conditioning in the room the bedroom gets pretty hot in summer -- though it was fine in September, when we visited. Even then, the duvets were too hot for comfort. The velux roof window in the bedroom needs attention. It did not close or open properly.

The place was very well decorated with lots of nice attentions when we arrived. The location is perfect just by the main Piazza and next to nice restaurants. The host was super responsive and the flat very clean. We will come back no doubt!
