First of all, there was no communication with the hosts. We tried calling them and sent several messages through the booking platform, but they never replied. The only response we received was an automatic message two hours before our arrival. The room was very dirty the floor was covered in dust and hair, and there was mold visible in the shower.

The location just spectacular

Typical lack of kitchen utensils, but overall just fine

Staff very helpful and location ist perfect

The bed was super comfortable. They had smart TV, we could watch Netflix. The staff was friendly and helpful (we couldn't start the hot water and they immediately sent someone over (at 11pm).

The second AC was not working (the one from the kitchen). It was cold (January) and we needed that second AC for heating up the kitchen and the bathroom, but it was ok overall.

The bed was amazing and cosy heating

The shower was not great and really wanted the room with balcony but had to have another room
