The apartment was perfect. We really enjoyed our time there. It is very new and modern, there is everything you need for a stay. It is big snd close to the beach, it is literally in the center of Larnaca. But most I would like to focus on how clean apartment is, every corner was clean. I do recommend this apartment.

This apartment was excellent, large rooms and large showers. The location is very good for walking around old town and to the beach.. the only downside was local construction to upgrade the streets.

It is close to eating places and not far from the Finikoudes beach

First of all, the road this building is on is undergoing major repairs. It's a rough gravel terrain with heavy machinery everywhere. Allegedly there was a warning, where? In the "important information" I got sent via Booking chat nothing was mentioned Second, the appartment smells like an ashtray. The appartment is presented as "no smoking" yet the policy of the place permits smoking on the balcony. Have a look at the pictures...

Location was excellent as it was a block from the beach and walking areas. When something didnt work the service was ecxceptional. And it was nice to neet the proprietor.
