New, well appointed airconditioned apartment in Larnaca centre. Apartment is access controlled and very safe. Easy access to shopping and restaurants, and very close to the promenade. Paid parking close by.

The town centre is undergoing major upgrades, and many roads are simply inaccessible which made getting to the apartment with luggage quite a challenge and no pre- warning was forthcoming. This did spoil our stay.

Fantasztikus néhány napot töltöttünk el kollégákkal, 14 fő. A szállásadó segítőkész, barátságos, minden kérésünkre gyors választ adott. A szálláson minden igényes, modern, minden kényelem adott volt. A tenger 2 perc sétára. éttermek , üzletek minden nagyon közel volt. Nagyon jó döntés volt, hogy ott foglaltunk. Amikor Larnacába megyünk csak ott fogunk megszállni.

The property location was great. Walking distance to the beach and finikoudes. Facilities were new and apartment was clean, comfortable and modern.

The lighting within the apartment needs to be less ambient and a little brighter. Apartment was a little expensive taking in the inconvenience of the construction. Tenants should be advised to keep the noise down within an apartment complex to respect others who may be sleeping when they arrive home late at night/morning hours.

The people managing this property are amazing and friendly, initially when booked I did not realise it was 2 rooms, now looking at it it was a good priced property with quiet around it.
