In general, I have no complaints since it was good for the purpose I had booked it. It's very close to the European University of Cyprus hence ideal for someone has a particular interest for the EUC. It's not very close to the city center, however by foot you can reach it in just 20 to 30 minutes and, alternatively, close to the apartment it's the bus stop where you can easily reach city center and other areas in just 10 to 15 minutes. The owner was very friendly and polite, instructions about the key, wifi, etc. had been provided in advance and the whole communication was great. Also, something that I should highlight is the fact that, even though the check out was at 12:00, it was possible to stay a bit more due to last-minute change from my time and I really appreciated the flexibility. In addition to that, the owner acknowledges some weak points and I believe they will do their best to improve even more the facilities. The apartment in general has everything that someone might need for short (or even long) term stay including very good internet connection, cable TV and smart device, fully equipped kitchen, parking slot, etc.

As I mentioned above, the owner(s) are aware of some weak points but I would like to add them for someone might read my review. Since it's an old and big residential building, unfortunately it happened to not be very quiet. It was not noisy the whole day but it happened to have increased noise very late in the night. In addition, maybe painting again the walls, adding a net to the windows so insects don't have access to the apartment, and ensuring a more thorough cleaning process would be nice. The air-condition should be replaced since it looks a bit old and it's not functioning 100% as it should. Last suggestion would be to replace the existing old and not soundproof door with a new one.
