lovely quiet apartment away from the madding crowd but close enought to walk to the beach, shops and restaurants. water cooler was a great surprise

Andrei was a great host and accommodated our early check-in request. The apartment was well taken care of and in a very good location, with easy access to shops, restaurants and the beach. The complimentary treats and toiletries provided were a nice touch, as was the information provided for a local taxi service. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it. We look forward to staying there again on our next visit.

Excellent location , the apartment is clean , has everything you need to fulfill your stay , washing machine , dishwasher , teles , Wi-Fi Location to all local amenities/ beaches , Protaras , Ayia napa , Famagusta the list goes on all accessible from the apartment with ease , is a brilliant place and our host is always so helpful , responsive at all times and always help when needed ! excellent VALUE FOR MONEY

We couldn't find the apartment for a long time. It wasn't clearly sign-posted from the street, nor was the number of the apartment easy to find and it would have helped if the owner had sent us a map of where the apartment was located within the complex.

"Beautiful and well equiped flat"

The apartmant is very comfy, clean and good equiped and located. We really enjoyed our stay. We have a lot of space with our 2 little daughters. Distance to the different great beaches is very good by car (app. 10 minutes). There is also a spacious pool and air conditioning. Andrey is a very good host, ready to answer everything anytime.

Is a fully fitted budget appartment in a quiet area. A bit off the main turistic area , you need a car to go arround but you have 10 or more of the most beautiful beaches in Cyprus close around you . Closest you can go on foot in 10 15 min ,the rest 15 or 20 min by car. We stayed 18 days and we enjoined it fully , the swimming pool is very nice also if you want a day of from the sand. A solid 9 from us.
