Kissonerga beach apartment

The property was in a good location, and was clean and tidy.

The shower in both our rooms were very loose and needed replacing, always need a decent shower on holiday and this was the only let down. And the air conditioning units could have done with being a bit updated.

The view is to die for especially the sunset. Yiannis & his mum & dad oh & not forgetting Andre were the perfect hosts. They have an authentic Crpriot tavern serving great food. The apartment is over the tavern & there are 4 in total. It has a sea pool further down the road with a small beach & a beach bar serving drinks. We hired a scooter to get about 460 euros for 2 weeks. A short walk up the road takes you to a bustop & supermarkets. The apartment is big with a separate bedroom & bathroom & good air conditioning. Kitchen facilities is a hob & microwave with plenty of utensils. We had a late flight home & they let us stay in the apartment free of charge for the day when we should have checked out at 12pm.

No cleaner came to change the bed or apartment so I did it myself. I did manage to get some clean towels though. The apartment could do with updating as furniture a bit worn but it worked for us as we are not 5* hotel people..

The appartement had air conditioning which was useful. The localisation was good, close to a main road where we could find shops and bus stops. Close to the sea and a 'beach' (not a sandy beach) where you could get into the water.

The appartement was really basic, with some items of the listing not available like a tea maker, coffee maker, wine glasses and a hairdryer that was not working. The lighting of the flat at night was not plaisant, no small lamp available. We didn't meet the staff we arrived in the middle of the night, so we had to self check in. And we self check out. No welcome book or any useful informations was available in the apartment (like how does the hot water works, etc..) And the WORST of all was the horrible 'garden view', it's was facing GARBAGES!

We had an excellent stay at the property, hosts George & Yannis were very friendly & helpful, We stayed in the seaview apartments and the view was excellent, we would definitely return

Great location with a view from the window and balcony directly to the coastline and sunset! Below is the Tsiakkas Tavern owned by Yiannis with an amazing crew serving great fresh food!! All very helpful, friendly and just good people:) These are the kind of people you would like to meet in your travels and to such places to return to. If you are looking for a quiet apartment and a pleasant stay, I recommend this place! The neighborhood is ideal for short walks, nice beaches and great view spots. Public transportation for convenient access to nearby attractions. Most importantly, at the end of the day you come back like home :) Yiannis, thanks again for everything! Rafał
