The location is good.

No thought has been given to guests' comfort if they travel for a short time. One small shampoo bottle is available in the apartment for all guests for two days. There is no coffee machine in the apartment, not even a coffee bag with hot water. For a more extended period, of course, you can buy it all yourself at a nearby store.
