The location is excellent, and the apartment is well-maintained and stocked with all the tools and appliances you would need for any length of stay.

There is a sewer right outside that had overflowed during our time there and the smell was unpleasant. The water pressure in the shower was not quite as strong as we are used to but neither are deal breakers as the good far outweighs these.

My stay in Kouppa Latchi during my vacation went superb. The location of the place is fantastic, in front of Porto Latchi with many water sport activity. Along line up the most beatiful, with clean water beaches of Cyprus and sightseeing mark - the Bath of Afrodite. Accommodation is well designed and equiped, giving you feeling of home comfort and easy vacation place.

The location was excellent as it was close to the beach, excellent eateries, boats/day cruises and bus stops. There is a small but well stocked grocery store opposite, or a larger supermarket in Polis. Also, close to Aphrodite's Pool, you can take day walks into the hills. The apartment is cute but as it is an older complex, there is a little wear & tear (to be expected). We had a couple of issues but we thought the host's communication was excellent, with a timely response and one issue was fixed the following day.

I didn't like planning our whole day around keeping the property well aired. We followed the hosts instructions exactly but if some things, e.g. rusty kitchen extractor fan or bathroom fan switch, were repaired or replaced, there would not be an issue. The place would be even more comfortable and guests would have more free time. We told the host, who communicated well and responded immediately. We understand that these things will be addressed soon.

Dear! The apartment would be worth a pure 10, if the policy of the owner was not strange. We used the apartment one less day because we had problems with the PIN code, which was not the owner's fault. In the apartment there were 3 (three) towels for the bathroom for seven days for two people and one small roll of toilet paper. For seven days - quite funny, if it were not sad. And those three towels were dirty, even though I'm sure they were only used in the bathroom. The owner claims we broke two glasses, which I know is not true. Also, if I accidentally broke a glass, I would say so, because it can happen to anyone... I also allegedly damaged the night light, which I don't really remember at all, which I didn't use because I was reading on the terrace late at night. Maybe I really damaged it after an accident. And for two IKEA glasses, both of which cost a total of 3.5 euros, and according to the picture they sent me, the light is also from IKEA and costs 5 euros. And for that and the three really dirty towels, I was charged 40 euros, which I call a steal. It's a real shame that they are tarnishing their name so badly. Ikona »Potrdila skupnost«
