Location was incredible, very peaceful, with a beautiful view. There were some fresh drinks in the fridge and the flat was fully furnished, nothing was missing.

The apartment is modern in general. It is located on a hill in a small village 20 km from Larnaca Airport. Everything is thought for the comfort of the customers in the apartment. The kitchen has almost all the appliances except the dishwasher. But when we first arrived there was no hand and shower towels. We had to contact the host, who lives abroad. Anyway, we found towels in a box in the bedroom. The first day we could not take a shower, the water was very cold. We could only find out from which switch the hot water would be turned on a day later after contacting the host. I think customers should be informed about these issues in advance.

After we reserved the apartment, we were first at once informed by the host that electricity is very expensive in Cyprus and that the electricity should be turned off when we are not in the apartment. After we checked in, we were kindly additionally informed that only 30 kW of electricity would be paid by the host and the rest would be paid by us. There was no information about any electricity fee before booking. The weather was very cold in Cyprus during our stay. Although we were outside from morning until 8pm, we had to turn on the air conditioning in both the living room and the bedroom in the evenings. We had no other option because the apartment was freezing cold. Two days after we left, the host informed us that we had used 181 kW of electricity (for five nights) and asked us if we wanted to pay half of the amount of 79 euros. Since the owner was so insistent, I paid the 38 euros requested. I have been booking through Booking.com for years, this is the first time I have encountered such a strange situation. I recommend anyone considering booking this apartment to take the electricity bill into account.

Very nice and quite location. Great view and easy to find.

The only downside during the winter time is heating capacity.
