Ayia napa rest

Location is good. Despite of being in the center of Ayia Napa, no streetnoise. Interior is OK. Plus free cold drinking water in the fridge.

Very few kitchen appliances, even only 2 teaspoons or 3 forks, no scissors, toaster, water kettle, coffee maker, microwave, list goes on. TV has same size as my home computer screen (and no TV channels, you can watch blue screen or must connect your phone/computer to it but no cables onsite). Water pressure is ~30% of normal, hard to wash off sand and hair. Cockroaches in the apartment, very disturbing (i killed them everyday during our stay).

Rooms were clean and spacious so overall, it's good value for money.

Taking into account I know the area quite well, the advertised location was some distance away from the actual location.

The apartment was very cozy and in a good area, far enough from the noise and traffic on the main street. The pictures are accurate, everything was as expected. The owner was very helpful and we had good communication before and after arrival. You can find anything you need within a 5-10 minute walk. I can truly say that was one of the best accomodations I have stayed in Ayia Napa.

Comfortable apartment only few minutes away from the city center.
