Good location near railway station and town. Quiet room.

Access to getting the keys. I had to ring the host!

Very convenient. The host stocked up the property with so many amenities (more than usual) which is much appreciated. Clear instructions and correspond very fast.

The shower room is literally in the bed room. Unless you are traveling as a couple or aren’t shy, it may be little uncomfortable.

The host is super nice and quick to respond. There is everything you will ever need in the property, from shampoo to adapter and even fruit and chocolate.

Maria was very helpful and very responsive. The room was very clean.

I have stayed here twice and the first time I complained about the very uncomfortable bed and the oversized pillows. Maria said that she was not aware of the problem with the bed and that she would look into it. After 3 weeks I returned and unfortunately, the bed was the same uncomfortable one (a mix between being very hard and overused) and there was no regular pillow (only the huge ones and the sofa cusciouns). I appreciate that they want people to feel welcome by providing treats, snacks and coffee, but I think that more care should be placed towards the essential elements.

The location was good; the host was very friendly, trying her best to meet our needs.

The shower room was transparent; it was a bit embarrassing when travelling with a friend.

Obstructed windows without outside view. Mattress is a bit sunken.

The location is perfect. It’s just a few minutes walk to the train and inner city. The host is great. When she discovered in the morning of our arrival the room suffered a water leakage from the place above, she immediately booked a room in a hotel just across the street at no extra charges. She covered the difference!

Host was kind and communication was flawless. Very nice touches were an amazing perk especially for us who were traveling a long way towards St. Gallen and were very tired. The room was sparkling clean. Location is ideal, very close to the train station and right in the heart of the city.

No complaints.
