Lovely Cozy Apartment in the entrance of Nicosia

The apartment lived up to its name - extremely cozy and in a favourable location! It was clean, well equipped with anything one might need when staying there. The hosts were really kind and made us feel welcomed. I will definitely rent it again when in need. Thank you for your hospitality!

The apartment is very clean, very well furnished and with an amazing kitchen and TV. You can do an independent life there and you can enjoy your time. Chiller works fine and it is also very easy to park.

I think ventilation is not enough for the size of the property.

It’s great location and at a quiet place . Neighbors are very friendly and there is a really tasty restaurant “smoke house “ just 2 minutes on foot.

Spacious apartment, good facilities and location.

This is a semi basement apartment with a window only on one side, something that clearly affects lightning and ventilation (slight smell of damp). Importantly, the fact that it is a semi basement is NOT MENTIONED in the description, leaving the guest to discover it as an unpleasant surprise upon arrival.

Sweet and hospitable host. The apartments are fully consistent with the photos on the site. You can comfortably accommodate both for several days and for a longer period of time.

For me it was ok. I am ok with all.
