A lakás tiszta, szèpen berendezett, magasan felszerelt ( mosógép, szárítógèp, vasaló, porszívó, mosogatógép, vizmelegítő, stb.), lifttel rendelkező épületben van. Könnyen elérhető akár autóval, akár tömegközlekedéssel, a belváros peremén található , a turista látványosságoktól gyalogtávra. A zárt udvaros, bőséges parkolóhely külön kiemelendő, megéri kifizetni, mert amúgy nehézkes a parkolás a környéken. Családdal tökéletes választás.

"V podstatě vyhovující a praktické ubytování, ale označení Deluxe je naprosto přehnané."

Sice ne moc hezká ulice, ale blízko centra. 5.patro s výtahem. Moc dobře vybavený kuchyňský kout. Příjemné ložní prádlo.

Velmi levně zařízeno - vrzající postele, závěsy prosvítá večerní osvětlení ze dvora a ráno slunce, vida z umyvadla v koupelně stříká dokola. Celkově je hodně slyšet z ostatních bytů. Uvedený balkon je spíše pavlač společná pro všechny byty. V koupelně by mohly být další poličky a háčky a hlavně fén na vlasy! Pozor: parkování je za poplatek!
