Die lage war sehr schön,ruihg auch die einrichtung hat alles was man braucht! für mich viel high-tech(fernseh,backofen) sonst war alles top!

Kann nichts bemängeln für mich hats ausreichend gepasst!

Le studio était très bien avec un balcon très apprécié vue la météo. Nous n'avons pas vu nos hôtes mais les contacts étaient très faciles et rapides. Ils ont été également très arrangement et nous les en remercions vivement. Nous ne manquerons pas de relouer ce studio si nous retournons à Laax.

Grosses Bett. Küche gut ausgestattet. Schöner Balkon. Sehr ruhig.

Wir waren zu dritt und haben alle im Bett geschlafen. Das Sofa fand ich etwas eng.

The room is spacious and clean, and the kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary facilities. The host was incredibly kind to extend our stay until the afternoon.

It would be even better if there were a dedicated ski room.

Nice quiet location, significantly cheaper than e.g. Rocksresort, but still good value. Be prepared to go up 100+ meters if you want to walk or bike to the Laax cable cars though. Underground garage AND open parking are apparently included in the price.

Construction side right in front of the building was fairly noisy during the day. When we were there, the road to Laax Murschetg was also being repaired, so bus could take over half an hour to get through -- my 7 y.o. son was not too happy with this. There is no dedicated bike parking, we stored our bikes down in the garage, but parking spots are rather small, so with the car already standing there I felt we might have been encroaching on the neighbour's space a little. Very few restaurants in the vicinity, after ~6pm Ustria Lags was basically the only option within walking distance and they are popular and often booked out.

Modern, spacious, clean, apartment. Easy access to the grocery store and restaurants . Perfect for a small family with one kid. Great location, the lake laxx is less than 15 minutes walk from the apartment.

Pillows would have been a little bigger.
