"Ni reserven, es un timo"

Para empezar, el alojamiento no se encontraba en la misma dirección indicada en la reserva. Elegimos este lugar porque, según la información en Booking, estaba cerca del centro de Pereira, pero el anfitrión nos envió a otra ubicación. Este nuevo barrio estaba a más de media hora del alojamiento que habíamos reservado. Además, la zona no era nada segura y no había tiendas ni restaurantes alrededor. Al no ser el mismo alojamiento, las fotos no coincidían con las publicadas en la página de Booking, ya que se trataba de un apartamento completamente diferente. Cuando contactamos con el responsable del alojamiento, nos dijo que, si no nos gustaba, simplemente nos fuéramos, sin ofrecernos ninguna solución. Gracias a la ayuda de Jorge, del equipo de Booking, logramos conseguir otro alojamiento para esa noche.

A nivel calidad/precio fue un 10, habitación agradable, agua caliente, Smart TV, nevera y en un sector muy cercano a la avenida principal.

No podría decir que no me gustó, pero me llegué a asustar, llegué a las 5 pm a la habitación y por Whatsapp me salía el mensaje automático de pronto volvemos, pensé que me iba a tocar buscar otro apto pero a los 20 minutos la dueña si respondió .

"Great price, near the centre, well equipped and clean"

Conveniently located near the centre with everything you need close by. The apartment has everything you need to cook, hot shower, good WiFi, clean and everything working. You have a table and chairs to eat your meal, and a place to hang and put your clothes. Nice and bright during the day, with good curtains. The host was very accommodating and I was happy to extend my stay, but I found an apartment to rent.

The noise from the traffic on the road is sometimes a bit loud, but you can always close the windows.
