Fantastic, clean, and modern rooms, and great service by Señor Hector! I would stay here again whenever I visit Cartagena! (Studio suite has a separate room and living room area with kitchenette inc fridge & microwave, and a couch as well as dining table). This place is very walkable to everything and feels safe as well!

Slow WiFi initially but it got rectified as they restarted their router / network when I told them about this.

"Perfect place to explore the city"

This place was perfect. I had been exploring some of Colombia's natural areas and really wanted to be sure I had a good hot shower for the next leg of my trip, this place delivered. The hosts were very accommodating. I had some complications with my travel arrangements getting back to Cartagena, so fixing my exact time of arrival was difficult. The staff were very patient, kind, and kept an open line of communication (even with my very limited Spanish). The location is excellent for exploring the city, many historic sites are in walking distance. The staff at the clothing store downstairs are super nice too and helped me with some Colombian threads! I would definitely choose this location again.
