The view

I love the location, the great view and the peace and security the place offer.

The location was perfect. Amazing views and patio. Plenty of space for family of four. Pool was perfect after long days at the beach.

Water never got hot, we got used to cool showers. The dryer doesn’t have a lint filter, runs very loud and doesn’t really want to dry the clothes. None of the lamps had working light bulbs. The toilet runs constantly in the 2nd bath unless you manually fix it after use. The pots and pans need to be replaced, teflon peeling on them all.

The condo has great views! The location is excellent.

The water heater is broken and apparently needs replaced. Maintenance came twice but was not able to fix it. Having cold showers for 10 days was a bummer.

The condo is HUGE and wonderful for a family of 4. The kitchen was well equipped and nice to have a washer in the unit. The check in was simple. The balcony and view was amazing. The location was perfect as it is close to beach with a nice pool as well. The decorating was perfect with a great beachy tropical vibe.

The dryer was broken and we noted from a previous review from month prior that it was not working at that time either so looks like it was not repaired or replaced. Might be time for some cosmetic painting to freshen the walls up. We left a message for the manager after we checked about some minor issues but he did not respond back. These did not impact our stay but we wanted to let him know of some issues before they become problems. ie leaky taps, shower head need to be replaced, etc.

The location and the views were great. The sunsets were spectacular. The beds were very comfortable and that is very appreciated. It felt very safe and close to several restaurants. Great place.

The furniture in the living room and balcony were not very comfortable. The tub in the master bedroom was very high and very hard to get into.

The location to the beach was amazing. The view 😍 Nice big windows, the balcony.

The showerhead in the walk in shower needs to be replaced, it sprays water anywhere but on you😁 Also would be nice to update the pots&pans, way too scratched…didn’t feel safe using it.

The condo was beautiful and in an excellent location. The large deck was awesome with a terrific view of the ocean and sunset. The kitchen had all the necessary supplies. The AC units worked without issue. The pool was fun, but on the cooler side.

Vacasa, the property manager, was horrible and will never book another reservation with them again. The key was not available and the condo door was open when we arrived. A local assistant had to drop off a key 2 hours after our arrival, which ruined our first night. The wi-fi never worked for 12 of 14 nights and the local Vacasa property manager was extremely poor at communicating with the problems and his inability to get the wi-fi connected. After days of communicating with Vacasa HQ, and help with Booking.com's customer service, we were able to get a partial refund due to the lack of wi-fi.
