Černý Tulipán - Apartmán 4

The apt is excellent. The location for a tourist is superb - near the river, between a large shopping center (that also has a big supermarket) and the city center, all within 5 min walk. There's some outdoor furniture at the balcony, with nice inner court yard view. Fully renovated, clean, flawless WIFI. Top choice for a good price, and we'll surely stay there again next time.

The owner is not flexible nor too polite (otherwise I would give 10). Here's the conversation. We: "Can we store our luggage earlier? Say starting from 12 or 13?" Owner: "You have everything written in the previous message" We: "OK, we'll come at 15:00. Pls send us the code by WhatsApp to ..." Owner: "We do not send codes, you must always call when you are at the apartment."

Self check-in/out. Appartmens were good in general, quite modern and clean. Place was good, near the river where you can find ducks and many nutrias! Huge free parking near the house. Old town 10 minutes near by.

You need to call host to get code from lockbox. Not a problem as host communicates in English, but not really sure why not to send code in welcome message, same as many other hosts are doing.

Everything. All was good. Fine place.
