Apartment is nice and quite new, comparatively big, well designed. Kitchen got everything needed, big and comfortable bed, big and nice television. Location is fine, shops and trade center nearby. Free public parking near the building, but might be problematic to find a space to park.

Not well cleaned at all, that is main disadvantage. Lots of dust on furniture, trash under the bed, even toilet was dirty. We had to make a little clean up to stay here. Very unpleasant smell of sewerage is coming from bathroom. Leaking shower, not critical but still. Unhidden camera inside apartment near the entrance, that is very strange. Freezer inside the fridge is totally covered in ice so you cannot open it at all. Hairdryer would be an advantage. Check in instruction could be more detailed, not clear where to look for a key locker. Owner should probably visit it a bit more often or use a camera to watch a cleaner instead of guest surveillance.

Spacious and clean apartment. Good washroom facility. A little care while showering to not use the shower on full blast is required, otherwise there was absolutely no issue and the dryness of the washroom could be well maintained. A lot of rag cloths were provided. Crockery and utensils were adequate for 3 or 4 people. Kitchen condiments like oil, salt, pepper, sugar, flour, seasonings were provided. Dishwasher was available. Good refrigerator. Streaming channels, Good and spacious sofa. Lot of cabinet space in the kitchen. Bed was comft for 2. 2 separate comforters in the bedroom and enough cabinet space for 3. Sufficient and good quality toiletries. Billa Supermarket just a few metres away Bus stop and regular buses to old town were available. Tesco and Futurum mall were a 10 minute walk away. It was a completely convenient stay. Thank you Mr. Lukas.

Bed was slightly soft, I have a backache problem, so it was a bit sensitive. There was no washing machine, but a laundromat was available just a few metres away, and that served the purpose.. Check-in instructions could be improved, although Mr. Lukas was quite communicative on whatsapp and responded in time.

- good location on the outskirts: assuming you're travelling by car, I'd consider this a pro - comfortable bed

- the shower 'layout' is a disaster, see attached photo: the shower cabin is placed ~20cm above the bathroom floor BUT the bathroom floor has NO outlet/drain for the water: when you start showering and the water spills out of the bathroom cabin (which is VERY easy to happen), there's no outlet for it, you basically need to mop it up with towels. Whoever designed it/approved it should change their profession. -... on top of that, the shower drain was either clogged or, due to the building being old, just not working as expected. It took 1-2 minutes in the shower for the water to accumulate and spill to the bathroom floor.
