Black Field Apartment

The apartment is modern, spacious, and located in a quiet neighborhood. It was spotless on arrival and equipped with everything we needed. The garden and terrace areas are lovely, and the property is maintained to a very high standard. We especially enjoyed how easy it was to relax and make use of the outdoor spaces, which are very well designed and inviting. Parking was very convenient and well organized, which made the stay even more comfortable. We also really appreciated the availability of electric car charging, which was a big plus for us. Despite there being multiple apartments in the property, we felt very comfortable and had a strong sense of privacy throughout our stay. The electric blinds were a great feature and allowed us to create a completely private atmosphere whenever needed. It is also worth mentioning that the bedroom with the double bed features blackout blinds that effectively block out almost all daylight, creating a dark and comfortable sleeping environment at any time of day. Communication was excellent and check-in was smooth. Everything was exactly as described, and we would happily recommend this accommodation to others and would definitely stay here again.

Das gediegene Apartment ist sehr groß, komfortabel und überkomplett (!) ausgestattet. Es befindet sich in ruhiger Lage in einem Villenviertel mit Sitzterasse und Blick auf den perfekt gepflegten Garten. Es besitzt zwei Gartenzugänge aus dem Wohnzimmer und vor der Küche und beim Küchenabgang vor der Terasse steht ein Whirlpool, den wir auch wetterbedingt nicht benutzt haben. Im Haus gibt es drei Wohnungen, die vermutlich alle auch vermietet werden. Der Parkplatz ist für drei Autos etwas knapp bemessen - auf Anweisung des Vermieters konnten wir unser Fahrzeug entlang eines Zauns abstellen und waren durch andere zufahrende Fahrzeuge nicht direkt betroffen.

Es gab nur einen Problempunkt - der Whirlpool steht direkt vor der Küchenterasse sodass an einem Tag beim Heimkommen am Abend uns fremde Personen darin saßen. Zum Glück war diesen Personen die Situation offensichtlich ähnlich unangenehm wie uns, sodass sie nach relativ kurzer Zeit den Pool wieder verlassen haben. Diese Situation hat in unserem Fall zu der Punktereduktion geführt, andernfalls hätte das Apartment die vollen 10 Punkte erhalten.

Perfect quiet location within 20 minutes walk to the city center. The apartment is huge with a nice garden and two separate toilet rooms. A medium grocery store is about 5 minutes to walk. The apartment was very clean, modern and the kitchen is very well equipped. Communication with the host went smooth and we had no problem at all.

Just as a additional feature, a toaster would be convenient.

nothing it was perfect

I travel a lot and this is one of the best apartments I have ever stayed in. It is spacious, extremely well finished, and is fitted with anything anyone could ever need during a stay. The hosts are super, and very responsive - messages are answered straight away. I couldn't recommend this place more :)

Beautifully presented and spacious apartment. Great communication from a friendly host who was very understanding around our delayed flight. The apartment is incredibly clean and the decor is fantastic. Plenty of room with great facilities and comfortable beds that easily slept our party of 3. Location is within 5 minutes walk of 2 tram stops meaning you can be in the centre of Brno within 15 minutes. I'll definitely book again when I come back.
