The location was great. That was the reason why we picked this place. The apartment itself was tastefully decorated, comfortable, and clean. I liked that the kitchen had a few basic pantry items to make cooking easier.

We missed having a washer. Traveling with a child can be messy, and not having a washer can be challenging, especially when the only laundromat in the town isn't available. This basic appliance would make your client's stay easy and excellent.

Location was brilliant and very handy.

Maintenance issues, back of the bed was ripped open and toilet seat was broken. Lots of dust and clutter in the bathroom. Just needs a good clean.

Very comfortable, clean and stylish flat with windows overlooking Velké náměstí (the Big Market Square). Up to 6-7 people can stay here comfortably. There is a huge comfy bed in the bedroom. Additionally there is also one slightly smaller one and a sofa. The kitchen is fully equipped and allows you to prepare meals. There is also a dishwasher. The check-in was assisted by a very friendly landlady who also informed about the rules of the stay (silence after 10 pm, no smoking, check-out time, etc.).

You have to climb 2-3 steps to get to the bathroom. Furthermore, the door to the very small toilet opens inwards, which made it significantly more difficult to get inside. This is worth taking into account if the guest is slightly larger person or has some disabilities.

It was a very clean n compfy apartment. Everything was available at hand.

Room service should be added in the facilities. As we stayed for 7 nights, we badly needed room cleaning services.
