Rezidence Rokytnice

The perfect location. Spacious apartment and very responsive host. The view over the hills and forest is somwthing you can only dream of.

The only thing to mention is the water quality. The house lies in the protected area of the park and therefore the water cant be treated. It has way to much iron and mineral content which makes it somehow blurry jellowish.

We were very positively surprised by the 2-level apartment with a proper kitchenette in a living room with a sofa bed (it was one of the good ones: it extended into a bed with a proper mattress, which was really comfy), a dining room, and a bedroom upstairs. Everything was clean and very comfortable to stay. The place was easy to get to, we had our own dedicated parking space, and the apartment was very warm in the winter. We came with a pet hamster in a cage, and the owners were happy to accommodate us. Very lovely place, surrounded by nature: we saw a wild hare as we arrived. A short drive from both the main ski area, and the bunny slope, a perfect place to stay for a nice skiing trip.

The only issue was the key collection at check in. We arrived late, and were told to contact an employee to get the keys from. I told him exactly the time of our arrival, unfortunately he was good 15 minutes late (but very apologetic). Apart from that everything was great.

First time to Rezidence Rokytnice and have been impressed from first moments when making reservation. Very smooth communication with guest service about arrival time and extra needs and also later, during the stay itself. Apartment has been prepared to the highest standards. Everything clean, tidy, in mint condition. It took literally few seconds to start feeling like at home.  As with four-legged friend, the terrace with direct access to field was more than convenient. Parking on side. Can not say a single negative word.  Surely will visit again. T

Excellent location, great for a hiking vacation. The apartment is well equipped, and the kitchen has everything you need for cooking. The check-in was easy: we received a code, which gave us access to the physical keys of the house and the apartment. We also liked the big garden, which includes a fireplace, an outdoor pool, and a playground.

The apartment itself is pretty small, which is fine when you don't have kids. But as we have a small kid who wants to crawl around, we tried to spend most time outside. Also, the ledder that leads to the upper floor is really steep. Again, this is no problem, only if you try to carry your baby up, it is a challenge. So we would not recommend this apartment for families with small kids. But we would definitely recommend it for everyone else:)

Walk-in-shower is not comfortably located in the bathroom.

Fantastic location on a small road leading into the forest. Very quiet and offerin a fantastic view over the valley.

The room was a bit small for a family of four.
