The room was clean, neat and new. Decoration was nice. Cozy room

Reception was not always available. On my check-in date, I had not received any information about the self checkin and getting the key. I waited outside the hotel and tried to contact the personnel via booking.com. I waited for around 20 min outside the hotel with freezing weather. But in general, the hotel was nice and the personnel were helpful and polite.
